A Phase II, randomized, double-masked, placebo-controlled, multicenter clinical trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of RO7965032 compared with placebo in patients with geographic atrophy (GA) secondary to age-related macular degeneration (AMD).
Research Goals
To determine whether treatment with a novel sub-cutaneous injection can slow the progression of geographic atrophy in AMD. The study will also assess the impact of treatment on visual function and other clinically relevant outcomes.
